FAQ

How many pictures will we receive?

Usually, I try to upload a gallery of 60 to 100 photos for a family session and 20-40 for a portrait. It all depends on how many people are participating, what is the location, and what was the weather and light on that day.

How should we dress for our family session?

Dress for the weather! I want you to be comfortable on the day of our session. Wear what you feel good in!
Pastel and earthy colours: brown, dusty rose, grey, beige etc.
Do not wear heels if we are going to the park, of course, your kids will not be on the main path. Wear raincoat and wellies if it is rain. I will send you guide what to wear before the session.

Can our pets be a part of the session?

Yes! Lets have fun together!

Will parents and siblings be included in the newborn session?

Yes, of course. It will be like a family session with of course focus on the newest addition to the family.
I recommend for parents keep wardrobes super simple during a newborn photo session. We don’t want the clothing to overshadow the precious little person who is the main object of that day.

What’s the best time to have a session with a newborn?

I recommend doing it starting from day 7 to day 20. Not in the first few days after giving birth because many newborns have red marks, scratches, bruises, and petechiae, tiny specks on their skin.

Why do you shoot mostly in the evening?

When scheduling an outdoor portrait session with me, you may notice that I recommend shooting during a very precise time of day generally the last sixty to ninety minutes before the sun has completely set. This special window is known to photographers as
"The Golden Hour" is the period of time when the light from the sun is at its most perfect. With its long rays diffused across the entire sky, the light creates a flattering glow and shimmer for picture-perfect skin tones and
deliciously warm portraits.
During midday, when every ray of the sun seems to find its way to our delicate, overexposed skin, the shadows created are usually too deep in contrast to the glare. Instead of fighting the harsh light, it's better to schedule outdoor shooting during the Golden Hour when the sun still works its magic - but in our favour.
